• How do we handle size selection for remote employees? We offer an e-commerce-style size selection flow where new hires pick their own size before ship date. We can set this up via a branded form — ask about the self-select program.
• Can apparel be added to an existing kit without re-designing the whole kit? Yes — apparel is treated as a separate line item that's packed into the same kit box at fulfillment. Add or remove it from future cohorts without changing the rest of the kit.
• What's the lead time if we need apparel for a Monday all-hands? Standard apparel is 10-12 business days. Rush (5-7 days) is available on screen-print and embroidery for an upcharge — call us with your date.
