What SwagKitCo collects, why, and who sees it.

What we collect

• Your account: name, email, and a hashed password. We never store your password itself and cannot read it.
• Your orders: what you ordered, the shipping address, and the artwork you uploaded.
• Your artwork: stored so you can reuse it and so production can print it.
• Payment: handled by our payment processor. Card numbers never reach our servers — we see only the result and the last four digits.

Why

To make and deliver what you ordered, to let you sign in and see your order history, and to answer you when you get in touch. Nothing here is used to build a profile of you and nothing is sold.

Who we share it with

• The payment processor, to take payment.
• The manufacturer producing your order, who receives your artwork, the ship-to address, and a contact name and phone for the carrier. They do not receive your email address or what you paid.
• The carrier, to deliver it.

That is the whole list. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Your artwork

Your artwork stays yours. It is stored in a bucket belonging to this brand alone, it is not shown to other customers, and it is not used in our marketing. Ask and we will delete it.

Cookies

A session cookie keeps you signed in and keeps your cart. Without it neither works. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers on this site.

How long we keep things

Order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Artwork until you ask us to delete it, or until your account is closed.

Your choices

Ask us to correct, export or delete what we hold: hello@swagkitco.com. If you want your account closed, say so and we will close it, keeping only what the law requires us to keep.
