- What's the minimum order quantity?
- Welcome kits start at 5 pieces. Apparel starts at 12 per style. Drinkware starts at 24. Tech accessories start at 10. Mix-and-match quantities within a kit are quoted on request.
- How long does production take?
- Standard production is 8-12 business days from approved proof. Rush production (4-5 days) is available for most items — contact us with your new hire's start date.
- Can kits be drop-shipped to remote employees' home addresses?
- Yes — remote drop-ship is our most common fulfillment method. Provide a CSV with names and addresses at checkout. We ship individually addressed kits anywhere in the US, Canada, and 50+ international countries.
- Can you store our brand assets and let us reorder without re-uploading files?
- Yes. After your first order, we store your brand files and production specs. Reordering is a form submission with quantity and shipping details — no re-upload required.
- Can kits include a personalized welcome card for each new hire?
- Yes — provide a message template with a [FirstName] merge field and we'll print personalized cards for each recipient. Or upload individual custom messages in a CSV.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- PayPal, all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Net-30 terms are available for companies with established accounts — apply via the wholesale form.
- Can we see a sample kit before committing to a cohort order?
- Yes. Sample kits are available at cost ($45-95 depending on configuration). Sample cost is credited against your first production order of 25+ kits.
- What if items arrive damaged?
- Send photos within 7 days. We reproduce and reship defective items at no charge on priority handling.
- Can you build white-label kits that show only our company brand?
- Yes — every kit ships under your brand. Zero SwagKitCo branding on the product, packaging, or packing slip.
- Can we add non-branded items (snacks, gift cards) inside the kit?
- Yes — we handle kit assembly. Provide or ship us the third-party items and we'll pack them alongside branded pieces before shipment.
