Terms of sale
Terms of sale
Plain-language terms for ordering from SwagKitCo. They describe how we actually work rather than covering every eventuality.
Orders
An order is accepted when we confirm it, not when you submit it. If we cannot make something — the quantity, the deadline, the artwork — we will say so and refund in full rather than start work and tell you later.
Your artwork
You keep everything. Your artwork stays yours. By sending it you confirm you have the right to use it and to have it printed, and you let us reproduce it for the purpose of making and delivering your order.
We do not use your artwork in our own marketing, we do not show it to other customers, and we do not sell a design you commissioned to anybody else.
What you approve is what goes to production. The on-screen mockup is a sales aid; the artwork file you uploaded, at the size and position you set, is what we print from. Where the two could differ, the file is the contract.
Prices and payment
Prices are per unit at the quantity shown and exclude shipping and any applicable tax, both of which appear at checkout before you pay. A quoted price holds for 30 days unless it says otherwise.
Payment is taken at order. Purchase orders and terms are available for established accounts — ask through the quote form.
Production and delivery
Lead times are working days from artwork approval and exclude transit. We are responsible for making and shipping your order correctly; we are not responsible for a carrier's delay once it has left us, though we will chase it with you.
Risk passes on delivery.
Liability
Where something is our fault, our liability is limited to remaking the order or refunding what you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses — a cancelled event, lost sales — which is why we would rather tell you early that a date is not achievable than find out together.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
